PUBLIC WORKS – ALDERMAN WITHERS:

Discuss and Approve Standpipe Quotes

Discuss and authorize the Mayor to execute the appropriate documents for the Illinois Department of Transportation to utilize Motor Fuel Tax Funds for certain projects within the City of Paxton.

PUBLIC SAFETY – ALDERMAN PACEY:

Discuss and Approve an Ordinance Authorizing the Paxton Police Department to purchase a 2024

Dodge Durango Pursuit from Victory Lane Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram in Carlinville, Illinois, in an amount not to exceed $44,000.00.

Discuss and Approve an Ordinance declaring certain personal property owned by the Paxton Police

Department as personal property and other actions in connection.

Discuss and Approve an Ordinance amending Section 91.01 of the City of Paxton’s Code of Ordinances to modify the hours of operation for parks within the City of Paxton.

CITY PROPERTY – ALDERMAN EVANS:

Discuss and approve a Resolution authorizing the Mayor to engage Lee Inspection & Consulting Services, Inc., to inspect certain light poles at Nelson Field.

LICENSE, PERMIT, ZONING & INSURANCE – ALDERMAN GEIKEN;

COMMUNITY – ALDERMAN LARSON;

ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT – ALDERMAN COX:

Discuss and approve an amended redevelopment agreement with The Leading Edge Salon and other actions in connection therewith.
