Farnsworth Engineering reviewed the bids and provided a letter to address any concerns that should be considered. Attorney Marc Miller explained the Ordinance, 2024-O-3, is accepting a bid with a specific contractor, and also allows for the Mayor to work with Engineers and contractors on any further details needed.
