41.2 Maintenance Engineering to be Performed by Consulting Engineer

4.2 Approval of Resolution for Maintenance under the Illinois Highway Code.

4.3 Approval of Engineering Services Agreement 2024 Motor Fuel Tax Project  - Sidewalk Removal and Replacement, Construction Observation.

5. The Trustees anticipate convening into Closed/Executive Session, pursuant to Section 120/2(c)(5) of the Open Meetings Act to consider “the purchase or lease of real property for the use of the public body, including meetings held for the purpose of discussing whether a particular parcel should be acquired”.

6. Discuss the purchase or lease of real property currently owned by the Township of Pesotum.
