Mattis Avenue Lane Closures for Storm Sewer Maintenance

City News has announced that Hoerr Construction, Inc. will be conducting maintenance work on Mattis Avenue between Bloomington Road and Hedge Road. The project will involve lane closures affecting traffic in both directions. According to City News, the construction will result in traffic being reduced to one lane through a short construction zone.

The scheduled maintenance work is set to take place from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. starting on Monday, April 1, through Friday, April 5, 2024. However, the timeline is subject to weather conditions, and the project may be delayed in case of inclement weather, as stated by City News.

Residents and commuters in the area are advised to plan their travel accordingly during the mentioned dates due to the lane closures on Mattis Avenue.
