WASHINGTON - In response to the Supreme Court's unanimous decision to overturn a Colorado court's decision to keep Donald Trump off the state's 2024 presidential ballot, Congresswoman Mary Miller (R-IL), expressed her support for the ruling. Miller stated, "I applaud the Supreme Court’s unanimous decision to keep President Trump on the 2024 presidential ballot after radical left-wing judges in Colorado and Illinois tried to remove him for partisan political purposes. This attempt by the left to remove the leading candidate from the ballot would have set a dangerous and anti-democratic precedent for our country."

Miller further emphasized the importance of the decision, highlighting the fundamental right of voters to choose their preferred candidate. She said, "Voting for the candidate of our choice is our most fundamental right in a system of self-government. The Supreme Court’s decision ensures that voters will not be stripped of this sacred right by the left-wing radicals who were trying to prevent them from voting for President Trump."
