Village of Pesotum Board of Trustees met Dec. 20.

STUDY SESSION MEETING MINUTES

1. Call to Order 

Village President, Joyce Ragle, called the meeting to order at 6:31 p.m.

2. Pledge of Allegiance and Roll Call 

The Pledge of Allegiance was recited, and roll call taken. Present was Village President, Joyce Ragle, Village Trustees, Jennifer Gumbel-Paeth, Nathan Nierenhausen, Todd Jamison and Janice Thomas, Village Trustee and ESDA Coordinator, Rob Russian, Village Maintenance, Rob Wood, Village Treasurer, Melanie Schultz, and Village Clerk, Christine Conner. Absent were Village Trustee, Dee Ann Hoffman, and Village Building Inspector, Lyle Reed.

3. Presentations/Comments from the General Public 

4. Old Business

Trustees are to take pictures of Holiday decorated homes and submit for consideration of the $50 Wayside gift certificate.

The gmail situation still exists. Village Clerk, Christine Conner, is still working to rectify this situation.

5. New Business – None 

6. Presentations/Comments from the Board

Rob Wood was asked to see about getting an evergreen tree to be planted and used for future Village tree lighting ceremonies. Someone asked about getting electricity on poles in Village.

Memorial signs for Veterans plaques for trees?

The ‘Little Library’ is being repaired.

Nathan Nierenhausen  made a motion to adjourn. Jennifer Gumbel-Paeth seconded. Meeting adjourned at 6:58 p.m.
