The North Half (N 1/2) of the Southwest Quarter (SW 1/4) of Section Fourteen (14), Township Twenty-three (23) North, Range Seven (7), East of the Third Principal Meridian, situated in the County of Ford and State of Illinois, EXCEPTING THEREFROM that portion of said real estate deeded to the State of Illinois in Warranty Deed dated January 13, 1997 and recorded February 14, 1997 as Document No. 204959 in the Recorder's Office of Ford County, Illinois, and FURTHER EXCEPTING the railroad right of way.

B. Discussion and Consideration of Invoice # 5 for the 10th and West Streets Project in the Amount of $ 6,198.25 from Farnsworth Group

C. Discussion and Consideration of Task Order # 2024-01 with Farnsworth Group for the 2024 Chip Seal Project
