A. “Continued Hearing From 11.13.23 Meeting Concerning a Special Use Permit For a Solar Farm and an Annexation Agreement for Property Southwest of the City on parcels legally described as:

Parcel 1:

The North Half (N 1/2) of the Southwest Quarter (SW 1/4) of Section Fourteen (14), Township Twenty-three (23) North, Range Seven (7), East of the Third Principal Meridian, situated in the County of Ford and State of Illinois, EXCEPTING THEREFROM that portion of said real estate deeded to the State of Illinois in Warranty Deed dated January 13, 1997 and recorded February 14, 1997 as Document No. 204959 in the Recorder's Office of Ford County, Illinois, and FURTHER EXCEPTING the railroad right of way.

Parcel 2:

The South Half (S 1/2) of the Southwest Quarter (SW 1/4) of Section Fourteen (14), Township Twenty-three (23) North, Range Seven (7), East of the Third Principal Meridian, situated in the County of Ford and State of Illinois, EXCEPTING THEREFROM that portion of said real estate deeded to the State of Illinois in Warranty Deed dated January 13, 1997 and recorded February 14, 1997 as Document No. 204959 in the Recorder's Office of Ford County, Illinois, and FURTHER EXCEPTING the railroad right of way.

B. Discussion and Consideration of an ordinance calling for the submission to the electors of the City of Gibson whether it shall be authorized to levy a tax for the expenditure on municipal operations and public infrastructure pursuant to 65 ILCS 5/18-11-1.1.

A. Discussion and Consideration for approval of Final Change Order #2 for the 10th and West Streets Project which shows a finalized contract deduction of $13,827.55.

B. Discussion and Consideration for approval of the Final Pay Estimate #4 for the 10th and West Streets Project, and payment to Opperman Construction in the amounts of $10,981.60 from the MFT fund, and $1,018.40 from General Funds, for a total of $12,000.00.

C. Discussion and Consideration of an Ordinance Regarding the Illinois Paid Leave For All Workers Act
