Manager Report / Randy Ferguson

• The 2 new diving boards have been received. We discussed installation options as the work to install both would require the diving pool to be shut down for a few days, or longer, depending on whether additional repairs to the concrete or other issues arise. We discussed that the pool close date of August 13 is in only 3 1/2 weeks.

• Randy received a quote from one company to replace the baby pool gate. The cost of the gate and labor for them to install was $2,100. Randy felt the cost was more than expected. He will continue to search for other options.

• A valve on the filter broke. It is continuing to run on 6 – Randy feels by keeping the filter clean, it should continue to work until the closing date.

• Randy was pleased to report that both bathrooms and showers have had no issues.
