  2. Consideration and approval of final “Request for Approval of Change of Plans” for the 10th and West Street project. This change order reflects final as-built quantities and requires approval by the City prior to IDOT processing. This reflects a +/- $20,000 reduction in the Contract amount.
  3. Consideration and approval of Pay Request #4- final- this requires approval by the City for processing by IDOT. This pay request will not be paid until final approval by IDOT.
  4. Presentation of bid tabulations , and review and approval of the Engineer’s recommendation for award, for provision of the Trap Rock Chips for the 2023 seal coat project.
  5. Presentation of bid tabulations , and review and approval of the Engineer’s recommendation for award, for application of the Oil and Chips for the 2023 seal coat project.
  6. Consideration of a Resolution Approving Execution of a Memorandum Clarifying the Collective Bargaining Wages for the Police Department
