CALL TO ORDER:
Dr. Jon Paul Youakim called the meeting to order at 5:48 p.m. Executive Director Canfield was present at the Brookens Administrative Center as per the Open Meetings Act, along with Jane Sprandel.
ROLL CALL:
Roll call was taken and a quorum was present.

The agenda was in the packet for review.

STUDY SESSION:
Review of Applications for PY24 Funding:
A booklet of PY2024 Program Summaries offered staff reviews of PY24 funding requests plus two for the Board to consider for the I/DD Special Initiative Fund in collaboration with the CCDDB. CCMHB members continued their review of PY 24 funding requests. Some agency representatives were present to answer Board questions.
