Village of Cerro Gordo Streets & Alleys Committee met March 29

The Streets & Alleys Committee met at 6:00 PM on March 29, 2023 in the village hall. The following members were present: Mayor Frazier, Trustee Keirl, Trustee Powers, and DPW Mark Blickensderfer.

I. NEW BUSINESS - Fehr-Graham Proposal for ADA Improvements and Pavement Resurfacing along South Street from S. Jefferson Street to S. Jackson Street
A. Levi from Fehr-Graham explained the Preliminary Engineering services for ADA improvements and pavement resurfacing along the South Street Corridor from S. Jefferson St. to S. Jackson St. The timeline/process for submitting for ITEP grants for this project was also discussed.
B. The Village representatives had several questions for Fehr-Graham concerning funding, timing, etc., and all questions were answered to their satisfaction.
C. The S&A Committee will make a recommendation to the Board of Trustees at the regular board meeting in April to approve this proposal.
No further business came before the Committee and the meeting was adjourned at 6:45PM
