Per City of Monticello Code of Ordinances, a Preliminary Plan 152.041 (F) requires a public hearing and recommendation from the PZB to Monticello City Council for approval.

This Conditional Use Permit requires a public hearing and recommendation from the PZB to Monticello City Council for approval.
