Minutes from the 2/22/23 board meeting are included. Action is requested.

Action is requested to accept the “Vendor Invoice List” and place it on file.

IX. New Business

a) Agency Program Mid-Year Progress Report (pages 11-31)

Family Service’s Julie Schubach, Manager of Social Isolation Programs, and Jermaine Raymer, Program Director, will present on the “Creative Social Connectivity for Seniors” program, newly funded for PY23.

X. Old Business

a) Board Review of PY24 Applications (pages 32-33)

For information only and to support board discussion, an updated spreadsheet of PY24 funding requests adds suggested board reviews (primary/secondary).

b) Audit Delays and Agency Request (pages 34-42)*

A Decision Memorandum is included, with attachments, regarding audits and reviews which have been delayed. Board action is requested.

c) Analysis of PY2022 I/DD Claims Data (pages 43-58)

A briefing memo details how the CCDDB and CCMHB-funded I/DD services were utilized by individual clients during PY2022. I/DD Utilization Summaries are attached. No action is requested.

XI. CCMHB and DDB Schedules, MHB Timeline (pages 59-63) No action needed.

XII. CCMHB Acronyms and Glossary (pages 64-76) No action needed.

XIII. Agency Input

The Chair reserves the authority to limit individual agency representative participation to 5 minutes and/or total time to 20 minutes.

Conference session notes from Lynn Canfield. Due to the review of PY24 requests for funding, other staff reports are deferred.

XVIII. Other Business - Review of Closed Session Minutes

Board staff and attorneys request that the Board continue to maintain as closed the minutes of closed sessions held 2/19/2020 and 2/26/2020, which have been distributed for review. If discussion is needed, the Board may move to “move to executive session, exception 5 ILCS 120/2(c)(11) of the Open Meetings Act, to review status of minutes of prior closed session meetings, and that the following individuals remain present: members of the Champaign County Mental Health Board, Executive Director Canfield, and Operations and Compliance Coordinator Howard-Gallo.” When the closed session discussion finishes, a motion to return to Open Session and roll call will be needed, followed by this recommended action: “motion to accept the closed session minutes as presented (or as revised) and to continue maintaining them as closed.”
