City of Hoopeston Planning Commission met Oct. 6.
Here are the minutes provided by the commission:
City of Hoopeston Plan Commission was called to order by Chairman Jim Richards.
Roll call was taken by Loni Gress. Members present were Loni Gress, Shawn Swartzentruber, Cody Moore, and Chairman Richards. Absent were Charlene Ervin and Nicki Trueblood.
Purpose of this meeting is a request for a conditional use at the residence of Sabrina Dobkins 908 Sprague Rd. Purpose of the conditional use is to operate a Massage Therapy business.
Comments were heard from the audience in attendance. Questions were asked of Miss Dobkins and answered. She stated that there would be no more than 3 clients a day.
Cody Moore made a motion to recommend this request be taken before the City Council for approval. Second by Shawn Swartzentruber.
Vote taken. 3 Ayes
0 Nays.
