Rising home prices in LaPlace in 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in 2021 in LaPlace rose by $30,450 while total sales increased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2021, there were six homes sold, with a median sale price of $67,500 - a 82.2% increase over the $37,050 median sale price for the previous year. There were four homes sold in LaPlace in 2020.
