VIII. Executive Session

 Motion Kearney to enter executive session at 6:05 2 nd Welch Vote 3-0

IX. Open session to vote

A) Promote office to Sergeant

B) Recommend to hire a new officer at the next City Council meeting

 Motion Kearney to go back into open session at 7:47 2 nd Welch Vote 3-0

 Decision was to promote sergeant and hire an officer will happen on Saturday, September 25, 2021 @ 9:00
