Application of John Urlaub for preliminary and final approval to construct a 50’ x 30’ pole barn on property located at 3859 Buffalo Road. This project is located in a Light Industrial (LI) District. Tax Acct. #132.02-2-6

Application of BRSS, LLC for approval to modify the flood plain of Little Black Creek on property located at 3900 Buffalo Road. This project is located in General Commercial (GC) and Light Industrial (LI) districts. Tax Acct. #132.02-1-1.1

Application of Edgar M. Storm, Jr. of North Coast Personal Storage, LLC to make changes to the previously approved plan including to increase the width of two buildings from 30’ to 40’. In addition, the parking area will be expanded by 90’. This project is located at 2425 Union St. in a Self-Service Storage Overlay District (SSSO) in an underlying Residential (R1) District.

Application of Emerald Point Developers LLC for Concept approval to rezone property located at 3894 Buffalo Road to Self-Service Storage overlay District (SSSO) which will include four (4) storage buildings. The site will be serviced by public water and sewers. This property is currently zoned General Commercial (GC). Such approval is required by the Planning Board in a Self-Service Storage Overlay District (SSSO) pursuant to Chapter 300-35 D(1).

Application of Georgios and Sara Panitsidis for Preliminary and Final approval for site plan approval to construct a single-family dwelling on 7.178 acres located at 1703 Vroom Road, Spencerport, NY 14559. This project will be serviced by public water and a private sanitary system and is located in an R-1 Single Family Residential District.

Application of Renee Tando & Kevin P. Dennis for Preliminary and Final approval to subdivide 7.987 acres into two (2) lots at 643 Gillett Road. Lot 1 will consist of 1.31 acres with an existing home. Lot 2 will be 6.68 acres with a new single-family home to be constructed. This project will be serviced by public water and a private sanitary system and is located in an R-1 Single Family Residential District. Tax Acct. #102.03-2-49.1

V. CONCEPT:

Application of 2785 Group LLC for Concept approval to construct a 5400 square foot convenience store, gas pump canopy, and car wash located at 2845 Nichols Street. The project will be serviced by public water and public sanitary sewer systems. This parcel is zoned General Commercial (GC). Tax Acct. #102.01-1-2.1
