Approval of Council Minutes::Alderman Susie Tongate motioned to approve the minutes of February 10, 2020; second by Alderman Randy Wyant. MC 6-0. Aldermen Dennis Pardick and Aaron Franks were absent.

Treasurer’s Report: City Treasurer Scott Shull gave the Financial Report as of January 2020.
Administrative Report: Admin Assistant Peg Stalter offered no report.

APPROVAL OF BILLS:
A. TIF2 Check – One (1) TIF2 Check for $ 3,037.00. Alderman Denis Fisher motioned to approve payment of the TIF2 check; second by Alderman Scott Davis. MC 5-0. Alderman Greg Houtzel abstained..
B. General Fund Bills for $ 183,165.80. Alderman Denis Fisher motioned to approve payment of $83,165.80; second by Alderman Randy Wyant. MC 6-0.
NEW BUSINESS:
A. Consideration of CY Electric Façade Grant Application for 115 E. 8th Street. Craig Young reported that he has purchased property at 115 E 8th Street and is wanting to improve the property. The council reviewed his application Alderman Aaron Kafer motioned to approve Craig Young’s application not to exceed $5000.00; second by Alderman Susie Tongate. MC 6-0.
B. Consideration of Ordinance 2020-O-01, regarding 15 parking spaces near 220 N. Sangamon and 104 N. Sangamon. Alderman Susie Tongate motioned to approve Ordinance 2020-O-01 as presented ; second by Alderman Randy Wyant. MC 6-0
Adjourn: Alderman Scott Davis motioned to adjourn; second by Alderman Denis Fisher. Council was polled with 6 ayes/ no objections.
