2 McDonough County residents in their seventies test positive for COVID-19 on May 19

Two McDonough County residents in their seventies tested positive for COVID-19 on May 19, according to numbers being reported by the Illinois Department of Public Health.

In total, there have been eight positive cases reported in McDonough County among residents in their seventies, accounting for 11.1 percent of all cases in the county. Through May 19, McDonough County has reported a total of 72 confirmed cases of the coronavirus, three of which have ended with the victim's death.
