Village of Rantoul Board of Trustees met April 14.
Here is the agenda provided by the board:
1. Call to Order – Mayor Smith
Roll Call
2. I move to temporarily suspend the Rules of Order of the Rantoul Board of Trustees adopted July 13, 2010 for the duration of the period that Executive Order 20-07 of the Governor of the State of Illinois issued on March 16, 2020 to suspend some of the requirements for in person attendance at board meetings and to allow electronic attendance remains in effect.
3. Public Comment Period
During this period, citizens will be permitted to address the Board with questions or comments on the proposed budget for Fiscal Year 2020-21. Any citizen wishing to comment is asked to call 217-892-6810 during the Public Participation portion of the meeting when announced by the Mayor. Each member of the public will be limited to three minutes for their presentation.
