City of Hoopeston Police Commission met March 7.

I. Call meeting to order

 Kearney called meeting to order at 10:03

II. Roll Call

 Present Beauvois, Danner, Cruisenberry, DeWitt and Kearney

III. Approval of agenda

 Motion by Beauvois, second by Danner

 Vote Passed 3-0

IV. Approval of meeting minutes from last meeting

 Motioned Danner, second by Beauvois

 Vote Passed 3-0

V. Chief DeWitt report

 Look at testing for new list

 Sheriff department is having their test on June 1

 Currently have one potential

 Decision made to test on May 30 th if Kearney can get permission to use school library, weight room

and track. Testing will start at 9:00

 Kearney will get advertisement posted and on radio/TV. DeWill and Kearney will get it completed

and find out cost for advertisement.

 None

VII. Public Comment

 None

VIII. Executive Session

 Motion by Danner, Seconded by Beauvois @ 10:21

 Vote Passed 3-0

IX. Open session to vote

 Motion to go back to open session by Kearney, second by Beauvois @1:00

 Vote Passed 3-0

 Reminder of May 30 test date as a possibility
