City of Gibson City Council met April 16.

A. Consideration of ordinance no. 2020-O-02 an ordinance implementing emergency meeting procedures to allow for electronic meetings.
B. Consideration to spend not to exceed $250.00 for flowers/plants to decorate intersection of 8th & Sangamon Ave and 9th & Sangamon Ave.
C. Consideration to change liquor license due date to July 31, 2020 and to waive fees (prorated) for months establishments are closed.
D. Consideration to waive CDAP payments and interest for those businesses affected by the C-19 shutdown until they reopen.
E. Consideration of ordinance no. 2020-O-03 an ordinance creating the C-19 small business loan program.
