Monticello Chamber Of Commerce issued the following announcement on April 11.
We are now doing curbside for all animal appointments. We will not be allowing clients in the building for your safety as well as our own. The only exception being euthanasia appointments. Please call or text to let us know you've arrived, then one of our receptionists or technicians will be out to get your pet. We will take a history outside or over the phone; if we have any questions while inside with your pet we may call you to discuss while you're outside. Please remember to leave the house with your cell phone. We then will be asking for credit card payments over the phone or will be taking checks curbside. When you are handing your pet off to us please remember to keep your social distance. Due to all the extra phone traffic sometimes our phone lines will be busy, please be patient with us! We appreciate your understanding during these uncertain times.
