Gibson City home prices rise in the first quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2019 in Gibson City rose by $59,900 while total sales decreased by 22.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2019, there were seven homes sold, with a median sale price of $109,900 - a 119.8% increase over the $50,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were nine homes sold in Gibson City in the first quarter of 2018.
