Cerro Gordo home prices fall in May 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in May 2019 in Cerro Gordo fell by $32,000 while total sales increased by 133.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May 2019, there were seven homes sold, with a median sale price of $54,000 - a 37.2% decrease over the $86,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in Cerro Gordo in May 2018.
