The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2019 in Cerro Gordo fell by $18,500 while total sales increased by 140%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2019, there were 12 homes sold, with a median sale price of $67,500 - a 21.5% decrease over the $86,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in Cerro Gordo in the second quarter of 2018.
