Cerro Gordo home prices fall in the fourth quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2019 in Cerro Gordo fell by $32,953 while total sales increased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2019, there were six homes sold, with a median sale price of $66,500 - a 33.1% decrease over the $99,453 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Cerro Gordo in the fourth quarter of 2018.
