CALL TO ORDER: 7:00 p.m.

PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE:

ROLL CALL:

MINUTES: Review and approval of the December 10, 2019 Village Board Minutes and December 19, 2019 Planning & Zoning Commission*

TREASURER’S REPORT: Review and approval of Treasurer’s report as of December 31, 2019

INVESTMENTS: Review and approval of the changes to the investments of the Village.

BILLS: Review and approval of the Village’s bills*

PUBLIC PARTICIPATION: The Board welcomes your input. The Village has a resolution regarding public participation. The specifics are located at the end of the agenda.) ^

• Will Smith from Scout Troop #40 will make a presentation for an Eagle Scout project.*

• Jim Page will give the Board an update on a new grant application proposal for a bike path at Woodard Community Park.*

MAYOR’S DESK:

• Jeff Brillhart from Clark Dietz will present the 2020 MFT Resolution.*

• Discussion and decision regarding adding a new liquor license for Package/Pour License which would allow gaming opportunities to those businesses*

• Discussion regarding properties with leaves and brush left out after the pickup deadline and what follow-up action to take. Also, a resident requesting leaves be picked up because the fell off late.

• Update on December 13th Regional Planning Commission meeting.

STANDING COMMITTEES:

Finance Team Committee: Nothing to report

Sanitary Team Committee: Update on OSHA projects

Parks and Recreation Team Committee: Nothing to report.

Public Health and Safety Team Committee: Nothing to report.

Buildings and Grounds Team Committee:

• Update on the bathroom at Hackler Park.
