Village of Rossville Finance & Purchasing Committee met Oct. 21.
Here is the minutes provided by the committee:
Trustee Leaver called the meeting to order at 6:45 p.m. The meeting was held at the Rossville Municipal Building located at 120 East Attica Street in Rossville.
Committee members physically present-Trustees Leaver, Maden and Buck Committee members absent –None
Guests present were Mayor Queen, Clerk White, Trustees Cornell and Mahorney, Chief Kelnhofer, Sherry Decker, Rosella Ray and Lucas Sturm.
Minutes of the September 16, 2019 committee meeting were presented. Motion was made by Leaver, seconded by Buck to dispense with the reading of the minutes and accept the minutes as presented. All members present voted yes.
Current bills were reviewed. Motion was made by Leaver, seconded by Buck to accept the bills as presented. All members voted yes.
Motion was made by Leaver, seconded by Buck to adjourn the meeting. All members present voted yes. The meeting adjourned at 6:51 p.m.
