TOPICS DISCUSSED:
CITY COUNCIL GOAL SETTING [SS 2019-043]
Facilitator Cobb began the session with an overview of the previous Special Study Session discussions and an overview of the evening’s agenda. Council Members’ spent the session refining their Goals for the 2019-2021 Council Term and associated key projects. After completion of the goal setting discussion, City Manager David explained that Staff will develop proposed Council Goals and key projects based upon Council direction provided, for a Regular Study Session on December 3, 2019. Staff anticipates final Council approval no later than January 2020. No formal action was taken.

CM Stock, seconded by CM Bruno, moved to adjourn. A voice vote was taken; all voted yes.
