Potomac home prices fall in the second half of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2017 in Potomac fell by $36,500 while total sales increased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2017, there were six homes sold, with a median sale price of $29,500 - a 55.3% decrease over the $66,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Potomac in the second half of 2016.
