2018 Parolees Recap: Who was paroled in zip code 61864?

There was one offender released on parole during 2018 that lives in Philo zip code 61864, according to Illinois Department of Corrections data obtained by Chambana Sun.

The data shows that the released offender was Jacob D. Peters. He was convicted of a property crime in 2017, when he was 23. He is now 25.

Under state law, paroled offenders are still in legal custody of the IDOC, meaning they can be taken back to a correctional center at any time if the state has probable cause or a warrant.
