The data shows that the five released offenders living in the Fisher zip code were men. The median age of the parolees was 36. The youngest parolee was a 20-year-old man convicted of a property crime in 2017, and the oldest was a 50-year-old man convicted of a crime against a person in 2016.
The offender who had been incarcerated the longest was Jesse Webster. He was convicted of a property crime in 2015, when he was 39 years old. He is now 43.
Under state law, paroled offenders are still in legal custody of the IDOC, meaning they can be taken back to a correctional center at any time if the state has probable cause or a warrant.
