Discuss and approve allowing PRIDE in Paxton to collect donations at the corner of Patton and Market and Pells and Market from 8:00 to 12:00 on Saturday July 27, 2019.

Presentation by Novel Energy for Solar Energy Savings Program at City Buildings.
