BILLS: Review and approval of the Village’s bills* Exhibit #2

MAYOR’S DESK:

o Update on hosting CIMOA meeting 

STANDING COMMITTEES:

o Finance, Personnel, & Economic Development: • Approve FY2020 Budget

o Sanitary Sewer:

• Discuss the action item on the next steps on the Sewer Facility Plan.*

o Parks: Approve purchase of new slide for the park.*

o Public Health & Safety, ESDA, & Sheriff: Nothing to report. o Buildings, Grounds, and Equipment:

• Discussion regarding not proceeding with BTI Brush Company proposal. Approval of the accepting a proposal with Mash Burn for burning a portion of the backlog of yard waste at the Village yard waste site. The rental for this equipment for a month is $5,150 for a month. This burn would be a trial to see if it is something the Village wants to purchase.*

o Streets, Alleys, Sidewalk, & Drainage: Nothing to report. 

Attorney’s Desk:

• Resolution 2019-3 Waiving requirements of Title 11, Subdivision Regulations for PIN:28-22-03-400-011. Property is located on CR 1700N and approximately 1⁄4 mile east of CR 2100 St. Joseph, IL. This property is located within the extraterritorial jurisdiction of the Village of St. Joseph, IL. *

• Approval of form for Intergovernmental Agreements for the Vacuum Truck.*
