Monticello home prices rise in August 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in August 2018 in Monticello rose by $6,500 while total sales decreased by 7.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2018, there were 13 homes sold, with a median sale price of $159,000 - a 4.3% increase over the $152,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 14 homes sold in Monticello in August 2017.
