D’Angelo Subdivision-Application of Joseph D’Angelo for preliminary and final approval for a five (5) lot subdivision on a10.6 acre parcel located on the west side of Washington St., 1036’ south of the intersection with Chambers St. The subdivision will be serviced by a private sanitary system and public water.

III. PUBLIC HEARING:

Application of Emerald Point Developers, LLC, for preliminary overall site plan approval to construct 12 apartment buildings, 43 townhouse buildings, one community center and one recreation building/pavilion on property located at 111 Whittier Road. Also proposed are a sanitary sewer extension, storm water management facilities and public water. The property is zoned Multi-Family Residential.
