MAYOR’S DESK:
o Update on the CIMOA meeting held at Mahomet April 19, 2019.
o Update on the St. Joseph Chamber of Commerce Banquet held April 25, 2019.
STANDING COMMITTEES:

• Timetable for budget review and approval
o Sanitary Sewer:
• Update on the sewer rate increase.
• Update on phosphorus building and other sewer issues.

o Buildings, Grounds, and Equipment:
• Discussion on the Village yard waste dump.
▪ BTI Brush Company can burn up to 300 cubic yards. This will help us catch cup. The price for 2 days is $5,700. This will be a trial to see if it is something the Village wants to purchase. Motion to contract with BTI Brush for the 2 day burn at the cost of $5,700.*
▪ Discussion on updating the brush program
• Illegal dumping and penalties
• Look into penalties if rules of the program are not followed.
• Security cameras and signs are in place at the dump. Police will be called, and tickets and fines could result.
▪ The Case 100c is in the shop
o Streets, Alleys, Sidewalk, & Drainage: Nothing to report.
