Rantoul home prices fall in June 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in June 2017 in Rantoul fell by $30,900 while total sales decreased by 43.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In June 2017, there were 13 homes sold, with a median sale price of $44,000 - a 41.3% decrease over the $74,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 23 homes sold in Rantoul in June 2016.
