St. Joseph home prices fall in April 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2017 in St. Joseph fell by $38,000 while total sales decreased by 57.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2017, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $115,000 - a 24.8% decrease over the $153,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in St. Joseph in April 2016.
