Savoy home prices rise in February 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2017 in Savoy rose by $11,800 while total sales decreased by 47.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2017, there were 10 homes sold, with a median sale price of $113,000 - a 11.7% increase over the $101,200 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 19 homes sold in Savoy in February 2016.
