St. Joseph home prices rise in February 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2017 in St. Joseph rose by $26,250 while total sales increased by 14.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2017, there were eight homes sold, with a median sale price of $156,250 - a 20.2% increase over the $130,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in St. Joseph in February 2016.
