Danville home prices rise in September 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2017 in Danville rose by $1,500 while total sales decreased by 2.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2017, there were 41 homes sold, with a median sale price of $62,500 - a 2.5% increase over the $61,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 42 homes sold in Danville in September 2016.

The median sales tax in Danville for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $954, approximately 1.5% of the median home sale price for September 2017.
