Cerro Gordo home prices rise in the second quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2017 in Cerro Gordo rose by $10,000 while total sales decreased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2017, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $96,000 - a 11.6% increase over the $86,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 10 homes sold in Cerro Gordo in the second quarter of 2016.
