Q3 real estate sales report: LaPlace

Median prices declined in LaPlace over last year, and are down 93.6 percent over 4 years, adjusted for inflation, according to third quarter sales data collected by BlockShopper.com.

From July to September, 1 home sold in LaPlace for a price of $9,900. That's 92.8 percent lower than median home sale prices for the third quarter of 2017.
