Champaign County Chamber of Commerce Inc issued the following announcement on Dec. 18.
Just wow! Tonight we celebrated high schoolers from Champaign Unit 4 Schools, Urbana School District #116, Rantoul Twp High School who completed the semester-long Health Care Careers Program. After completing a paper after each rotation, the program culminated in the students doing a visual presentation of their experience. They shared their presentations tonight. This diverse group of students is very impressive. Thank you Parkland College for hosting tonight’s event. And thank you to our many other partners that help make this program a reality. Together, we are building tomorrow’s workforce.
