City of Danville issued the following announcement on Nov. 29.
We are gearing up for next Friday's 2018 Night of Lights Parade sponsored by Senior Source Danville - Live Life Connected, Fischer Theatre & Downtown Danville, Inc.
There are a couple things that we want to share with all of you. We will be hosting gift wrapping! Bring gifts from home or the ones you purchase while you're out shopping before the parade and we will wrap them by donation. That will be done at DDI's building at 149 N Vermilion & Senior Source's Building at 7 E North Street
We are also looking for a photographer who would like to donate their time for the event, you will recieve credit for the photos. Please PM us your work if you're interested. Feel free to tag photographers under that photo.
Lastly, the parade route has changed, it is now going West on Seminary and then South on Vermilion to conclude at Towne Center.
We are VERY excited for this collaboration as there will be plenty of things going on during this event. Stay tuned for more! Senior Source Danville presents 2018 Night of Lights Parade
