Village of Ogden Zoning Board of Appeals will meet Sept. 6.

Here is the agenda provided by the Board:

1. Appeal of Marc Wiggins, 24 Donlin Drive, Rochester, NY 14624, for an area variance on property located at same; to construct a 12 x 16 (192 sq. ft.) accessory building, whereas, the maximum sq. ft. allowed for an accessory building is 1%, which on this parcel equals 148 sq. ft., pursuant to Chapter 210-28 F (3) (b) in a R-1 Residential District. Tax Acct. #132.01-4-63

2. Appeal of Janet Shortino, 1080 Vroom Road, Spencerport, NY 14559, for an area variance on property located at same, to install a 4’high, black fence to be located in the front yard, whereas, fences shall not exceed three (3) feet in height in front yards, pursuant to Chapter 210-47 A (8) (a) in an R-1 Residential District. Tax Acct. #101.04-1-2

3. Appeal of Anthony & Carol Fusilli, 26 Osage Trail, Spencerport, NY 14559, for two (2) area variances on property located at same, to construct a 24’ x 36’ x 15’ high (864 sq. ft.) pole barn, whereas, no accessory building(s) may exceed 600 square feet total, and whereas, no accessory structure of 121 square feet or greater shall exceed 15 feet height, respectively pursuant to Chapter 210-28 F (3)(b) and Chapter 210-54 B (1) in a R-1 Residential District. Tax Acct. #115.04-2-35.1

4. Appeal of Thomas Bosch, 2385 Spencerport Rd., Spencerport, NY 14559, for an area variance on property located at same, for a side setback of a proposed garage addition of 9’8” ft. whereas, the minimum side setback required is 15 feet pursuant to Chapter 210-28 F (1) (e) in an R-1 Residential District. Tax Acct. #102.02-2-31

5. Appeal of Paul Ferranti, 44 Clearview Drive, Spencerport, NY 14559, for two (2) area variances on property located at same, to construct a 28’ x 40’(1120 sq. ft.) pole barn, whereas, the maximum sq. ft. allowed for an accessory building is 1%, which on this parcel equals 219 sq. ft. and whereas, no accessory structure of 121 square feet or greater shall exceed 15 feet height, respectively pursuant to Chapter 210-28 F (3)(b) and Chapter 210-54 B (1) in a R-1 Residential District. Tax Acct. #086.08-2- 29

6. Appeal of Daniel & Enza Daugherty, 17 Maida Drive, Spencerport, NY 14559, for two (2) area variances to allow a 5’ high fence (4’high, solid construction with one (1) foot open construction on top), whereas, fences shall not exceed four feet in height in side and rear yards and any fence in a residential district shall be of open and permanent construction, pursuant to Chapter 210-47 A (8) (a) and Chapter 210-47 B (1) respectively in an R-1 Residential District. Tax Acct #087.01-1-38

7. Appeal of Matthew Spoth, 23 Sias Lane, Spencerport, NY 14559, for two (2) area variances to allow an existing 6’high, closed construction fence, whereas, fences shall not exceed four feet in height in side and rear yards and any fence in a residential district shall be of open and permanent construction, pursuant to Chapter 210-47 A (8) (a) and Chapter 210-47 B (1) respectively in an R-1 Residential District. Tax Acct #087.19-2-2

8. Appeal of Jennie Eichas, 40 Meadow Drive, Spencerport, NY 14559 for an area variance on property located at same; to construct a 10 x 20 (200 sq. ft.) accessory building, whereas, the maximum sq. ft. allowed for an accessory building is 1%, which on this parcel equals 175 sq. ft., pursuant to Chapter 210-28 F (3) (b) in a R-1 Residential District. Tax Acct. #071.20-1- 31

9. Appeal of Daryl & Kristin Cronk, 34 King Fisher Drive, Spencerport, NY 14559, for an area variance to allow a 5’ high, chain link fence, whereas, fences shall not exceed four feet in height in side and rear yards, pursuant to Chapter 210-47 A (8) (a) in a R-1 Residential District. Tax Acct. #117.01-1-58
