Report: Which Greater Champaign-Urbana communities saw the most vehicle fires in 2017?

Cisco Fire Protection District, Bondville Fire District and Georgetown Fire Protection District reported responding to the most vehicle fire incidents per capita in Greater C-U in 2017, according to the latest state report.

The annual summary of state fire incidents, published by the Illinois State Fire Marshal, records the number and type of fire-related incidents each fire protection district responded to in the calendar year. Fires are categorized as structure fires, vehicle fires or other fires.
